At A Feast

...or at least, that's how I thought of this picture. Since his father enjoyed throwing celebrations so much, I thought, why not show Legolas in attendance of one?
Another picture drawn over Easter weekend. I was just in the mood to draw Orlando (of course, the question really is, when am I ever not?) and get used to it, 'cause I got three more portraits of him coming. I found this treasure trove of hi-res reference photos that I have to draw at some point

This one took about 8 hours, using 2H-8B graphite pencils, blue HB graphite, tissue, and tortillion, on 18" by 12" sketch paper.
